Michigan Energy Week 

The conference featured national authorities discussing topics relevant to future energy shortages and the impact on society.  Featured were panelists:

• Barry Commoner, Environmentalist, Author
• Rollo May, Psychologist and Author 
• Amatai Etzioni, Social Action Theorist and Author
• Kenneth B. Clark, African American Educator and author of Brown V the Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas
• Walter Adams, the late Economic advisor to the Johnson administration and MSU acting president and economics professor.      

The conference was organized through the Michigan Public Service Commission, and Governor William Milliken's office in collaboration with MSU.

Lectures, Classes, and Workshops 

Community College Lecturer Jackson Community College, Jackson, Michigan -  Taught class "Developing your Intuition"

Lynne taught and continues to teach workshops around Michigan in the history, uses, and blending of essential oils as natural perfumes and environmental fragrancing.  She has also narrated fashion shows and lectured at conferences state wide.

• Women's City Club of Grand Rapids - Fashion show for Kali's Boutique, a ladies fashion boutique chain.  Scripted, narrated and publicized fashion shows featuring natural fabrics, and holistic products for ladies fashion boutique chain
• State of Michigan Office of Aging Conference -  featured speaker on Aromatherapy and its Rejuvenation and Healing Potential.
• Michigan State University Conference Regional Faculty Women Self Nurturing Conference - lectured on the health benefits and relaxing properties of essential oils and Aromatherapy. 
• Michigan State University guest lecturer in classes throughout the University on the Uses and Development of Intuition.
• Mensa Organization Convention - guest lecturer on Intuition at Lansing convention.
• Lansing Community College - Guest lecturer on aromatherapy for massage therapy classes
• East Lansing Alternative High School - Workshop on developing intuition
